A system program QLPLOT.EXE at LOTS will let you generate data
from sept 20 about load or queue averages, by a hour, for each
week.  ie Monday through Sunday data is averaged for every hour.

If a queue is high, we can assume 50-60 people.  Real high implies
60+.  Plotting number of jobs vs load vs queue is difficult because
a first bit of data has to be approximated.  However, a stuff is
there or is being generated.

I will run off complete stats for LOTS for a committee or try to
distribute them at a first meeting.
